Susan was exceptionally efficient and professional in producing the will and Power of Attorney of one of my closest friends. As I am the named Power of Attorney, it was important for me to understand all the legal obligations and rights in the document, and Susan was meticulous. Susan O'Rourke assisted me recently in a settlement meeting to resolve long standing estate litigation against a very large bank. The settlement meeting was tricky and long. Throughout, Ms O'Rourke maintained her equanimity and focus and displayed what seemed like superhuman patience both with me and with the bank's lawyers; she never faltered. I was kept fully informed at all times and asked for instructions regarding my position at every crucial point of the meeting. She followed up with negotiating a very excellently constructed deed of settlement, which involved a lot of going back and forth with the bank's lawyers to reach an outcome that was more balanced for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending her for her integrity, intelligence and ethical approach to complex financial settlements and any sort of estate litigation.
She put in the time and energy prior to the meeting to really get a clear understanding of the dispute and the mass of complexities involved. And somewhat miraculously to me, she resolved and settled the dispute, with me continuing to like and deeply respect her, not only for her legal expertise but also as the most decent and good person I have had the pleasure of dealing with ever.

To whom it may concern,
I had been in a series of problems, I was forced to sell my house by the Supreme Court. If i was to continue with the solicitor at the time I would have been living on the street. In 2018 when I went to Bunnings I had someone tap me on the shoulder and I turn around and it was Susan, the solicitor who had drafted my will many years back, she she hi. I asked for her number to see if she was interested in my case, she was. I told the other solicitor I didn’t want to work with him. Susan has stood by me all the way from 2018 to 2019 and totally protected me from the other party, I am 70 years old, i was in hell 24/7 and I don’t wish this on my worse enemy. I thank Susan for what she did for me, she is the person you can trust with your life and I have done. Susan has changed my life one million times to a better life. If you are not sure about Susan you can ring me, don’t think I make it all up so I swear on the bible.
